Crossmaglen Public School was established in 1936 and is nestled in the foothills of the Crossmaglen Valley on the NSW Mid North Coast, 20km south of Coffs Harbour. The school is set in a semi-rural location surrounded by spacious grazing farmlands.
A holistic focus on each student, enables individualised learning paths, which are innovative, responsive and student driven. This personalised attention within a well-balanced education is the core approach to our creative and successful environment.
The school continues to challenge and inspire confident learners who are able to embrace challenges and develop both their academic and personal growth. The school has an active and vibrant partnership with parents and the local community. The key programs reflect the high priority of the community for academic excellence within a balanced education that nurtures the whole child.
The school is accredited SunSafe, Waterwise and is recognised as a Live Life Well and Crunch and Sip school. As a member of the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen and Garden Foundation, all students grow, harvest and cook food whilst maintaining a focus on environmental sustainability.
