Wellbeing and support staff
Our experienced Learning and Support Teacher guides student wellbeing, learning needs and inclusion at Crossmaglen. They work closely with teachers and support staff to make personalised adjustments to meet the needs of every learner. Our point of needs teaching approach ensures students received the instruction, support and challenge to meet their academic needs, irrespective of year group.

Administrative and operations staff
Our administrative and operations staff keep our school running smoothly. Our School Administrative Manager (SAM) plays a vital role in coordinating school operations and supporting students, teachers and families every day. Our General Assistant takes pride in ensuring our grounds are safe and well looked after.
