Our students engage in a variety of events throughout the year, from fun-filled celebrations to educational excursions. At times these involve familes. We enjoyed taking part in the lantern parade at Boambee East Community Centre's Winter Solstice Festival.

Uniform

At Crossmaglen Public School we ask that students wear full school uniform at all times.

Uniforms are available at the school office.

Summer Uniform

  • Navy shorts, culottes or skirt
  • School Polo shirt
  • Running shoes
  • Navy socks
  • School hat

Winter Uniform

  • Crossmaglen Public School embroidered navy jumper
  • Navy track suit pants, slacks, navy skirt with navy tights.

Labelling

Please write your child's name on all personal items- school uniforms, hat, lunch box, drink bottles and school bags. This will ensure that they are returned to the rightful owners.

School Hats

School hats must be worn all year and are available at the school office. As we are a Sun Safe School, we have a No Hat, Play in the Shade policy.

Learning with other local schools

Crossmaglen Public School is part of two local communities of schools. Students and staff participate in a range of activities and learning with other local schools in the RROC network of small schools (Raleigh Public School, Repton Public School, Orama Public School and Crossmaglen Public School), and the Bongil Bongil network (Boambee Public School, Bonville Public School, Crossmaglen Public School, Sawtell Public School, Toormina Public School, William Baylden Public School and Toormina High School).
